Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all documentation and the return authorization slip provided in the previous step.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
